I know it has been quiet these past months, but that doesn’t mean I have been sitting still. Although school has started again, which takes up most of my time, I still have found room to work on a new pattern that will be published soon. I cannot wait to reveal more about this pattern, but for now I will have to do with sharing a few small teasers to give you an idea of the new design 🙂

Ik weet dat het erg stil is geweest de afgelopen maanden, maar dat betekent niet dat ik niks heb gedaan. Ondanks dat school voor mij weer is begonnen, wat dus bijna al mijn tijd opslokt, heb ik nog steeds ruimte gevonden om aan een nieuw patroon te werken die binnenkort uit komt. Ik kan niet wachten om meer over dit patroon te vertellen, maar voor nu zijn hier alvast wat kleine teasers om je een idee te geven van het nieuwe ontwerp 🙂 

What can I tell you already? This design is inspired on a book and will be part of the Read-With-Me-Collection. It’s a book by the same writer that inspired the Hotel of Bees shawl; Anthony Doerr. (He wrote ‘All the light we cannot see’). Because lets be honest, a collection isn’t worthy of the name when it exists of only one pattern!

Wat kan ik alvast vertellen? Dit ontwerp is wederom geïnspireerd op een boek en zal onderdeel zijn van de Read-With-me-Collection. Het boek is van dezelfde schrijver als waarop de Hotel of Bees shawl is geïnspireerd; Anthony Doerr. (Hij schreef ook ‘Als je het licht niet kunt zien’). Ja want zeg nu zelf, een collectie is toch zeker de naam niet waardig wanneer het bestaat uit maar een patroon!
